Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

To maximize the usage of using system on payroll and sales related matter and to ensure that all the quotations are kept in the system accurately.

To prepare monthly reports on total labour cost per hour, total labour cost per group, lateness, medical leave, medical expenses, annual leave, payroll calculations on monthly basis.

To maintain all personal files confidentially and to be updated.

To prepare monthly documents on SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax and to ensure that these documents are submitted on time.

To ensure that there is sufficient office stationeries and non-trade products are available and to co-ordinate stationery and non-trade product purchase according to the departments’ request.

To ensure staffs are always abide to the health and safety rules in the office premises.

Updating Time Attendance everyday and ensure that all the data are kept accurately in the system.

Requirements:

At least 3 – 5 years working experience in related field.

Preferably aged 25 – 30 years old.

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, Diploma or Degree in any field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude.

Disciplined, self motivated, and willing to learn.

Good verbal & written skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.

Computer literate. Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel.

Applicants should be Malaysia citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

This position will provide relevant work exposure for the candidate to assume a future role in operations and/or management in our organization.

The candidate will be able to expect a comprehensive and challenging work experience in retail industry. You will finally be equipped with the core competencies for career development at one of the established leading supplier of general merchandise products companies in Malaysia & Singapore.
